This model depicts the taxi that picks up Bianca Castafiore, Irma, and Wagner at Marlinspike Hall after their stay at Haddock and Calculus’s residence in The Castafiore Emerald (page 56, panel D1). Tintin sees them off, and Nestor helps load the suitcases onto the car’s roof rack.
